This shoot was super fun! The whole theme of this photoshoot was to create  60’s makeup and hairdo. Big hair, red lips and thick eyeliners were the in thing and so I replicated these look.  You can see that some of the costumes are made from scratch from garbage bags .

 

Pre Wedding – Hilda and Johann

Hilda and Johann came to Melbourne from Malaysia for  their pre-wedding photoshoot.  Hilda was a decisive bride, she knew exactly what makeup and hairstyle she wanted. Her makeup was more glamorous , with smokey eyes. Her hair was curled and swept to one side.  I also did a variation with her hair – which was half up half down. With her tiara and her stunning dress, Hilda looked like a princess!

Erin and Paul had a small intimate garden wedding. Erin was a very easy going bride, very open to the style of makeup and hair for her special day. Because of her feminine and soft spoken nature, the low chignon hairstyle  to the side really suited Erin. Also we wanted something simple yet elegant to complement Erin’s lovely halter neck wedding dress. Her makeup was quite natural with some individual falsies to bring out her beautiful eyes.
